COVID Protections
For the foreseeable future, all training sessions will remain in your own space so that you will not be sharing equipment with other members and keeping an appropriate social distance.
Updated Vaccination Policy
We are 100% vaccinated here at Artemis with our instructors and our members! Thank you to everyone for doing your part to help curb the spread of COVID. All clients are required to show their vaccination cards and we do not allow anyone who is not vaccinated to be at Artemis. We have updated our vaccination policy in order to keep us all as safe as possible. Please note that we do not keep copies of vaccination cards or tracking this information beyond verifying your vaccination status.
We would all like to continue to exercise without masks and we hope our vaccination policy helps you feel safe working out here at Artemis. We are "mask friendly" and you are always welcome to wear one if you wish. If you have questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
We have had some member questions regarding traveling, testing, breakthrough COVID cases, etc. so we wanted to provide some updated, clear guidelines for all our members:
If you are traveling on an airplane, please get a COVID test when you get home and wear a mask here at Artemis until you receive your negative test result.
If you have been in close contact with someone who tests positive for COVID, please get a COVID test and wait for the negative result to come back to the gym.
If you, yourself, test positive for COVID, please follow the CDC guidelines for quarantining and staying home until you are fully recovered.

ARTEMIS CLIENT SAFETY PROTOCOLS:
Masks are not required for fully vaccinated clients, but you may wear one if you wish.
We will continue to keep members socially distanced as much as possible
Equipment will not be shared

PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS:
Each person will have their own space to workout including equipment. The use of the suspension trainer, steps, sliders, and other gym equipment will be assigned to each client to be sure social distancing is followed and to ensure each client uses only their own equipment.
A minimum of 6’ between clients will be maintained at all times.
A maximum of 4 people will be allowed during each personal training session.
GROUP CLASS WORKOUTS:
Each client will have their own mat and equipment for use during the class. Equipment will not be shared.
Clients must pre-register for group classes.
A maximum of 10 people (including the instructor) will be allowed for each class. Prior registration is required to attend class.
CLEANING
Prior to opening Artemis, a professional cleaning company disinfected and cleaned the entire gym.
Cleaning products meet the highest standards set by the CDC and are on the approved list to be used during COVID-19.
All equipment will be cleaned by staff or instructor prior to the next class, and after each use.
All equipment in the club will be cleaned on the hour by designated staff and/or health monitor.
All equipment will be disinfected and cleaned at time of close each night.
SICK POLICY
If you aren’t feeling well or have any of the signs of COVID (cough, fever, shortness of breath), please do NOT come to Artemis. Call or Email us to let us know you are sick and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment with us.
If an Artemis staff member is ill and cannot find coverage, we will contact you to cancel. Please be sure to remember to register for group classes so we know you are coming and can contact you if we do need to cancel at the last minute.
