The OnBoard Training Package

4 Sessions: $84, ($168 value)
Includes: 1 one-on-one Starting Point Session and 3 small group personal training sessions. Program is for 30 days and is for new clients only.

  • First we’ll schedule a time for your Starting Point Session - a personal 1:1 workout with one of our friendly, experienced personal trainers. We’ll talk about your goals and what you’re hoping to get from coming to Artemis. We’ll show you the equipment, talk about our approach, and lead you through a light workout that will help us tailor the workouts for you.

  • Next we’ll schedule your 3 Small Group Personal Training Sessions. You’ll be in a small group of up to 4 women and will go through a workout together with a trainer. These are full-body workouts, different every time, and all exercises can be modified for your fitness level or any injuries you may have.

  • After those sessions, you’ll have a pretty good idea of what Artemis looks like. You can choose to become a member and access our weekly bonus classes (available to members only). Membership is month-to-month with no hidden fees, no contract, and no pressure.

1 - Your trainers are phenomenal.

Seriously, they are. We’re a woman only gym and Artemis offers a workout unlike anything else in our area. Our trainers tend to be older than other area gyms: they have more experience, they’re all women, and they understand women’s bodies.

2 - I want to lose weight.

We hear you. Weight loss is a complicated thing and unfortunately, there’s no quick fix that’s actually healthy for you. Science has proven over and over again a healthy diet and exercise are essential for weight loss. We set you up for success because we design our workouts to be full body, fast, and effective. The small group dynamic provides accountability & encouragement, and the personal attention from our trainers helps you develop good form which makes your workout even more effective. Many women come with the goal of weight loss and find SO MUCH MORE.

3 - I’m a little nervous.

It can be hard to walk into a new place - especially a gym. Artemis does not have the typical gym culture. We are a community of women that care about our health, wellbeing, and living each day well. It is not a competition. We recognize that every woman is at a different place with their fitness and our workouts are designed to allow you to modify exercises to fit your goals and your body. No one is judging you here.
