Class Descriptions

FUNdamentals (FUN): The foundation exercises for functional training. Appropriate for all clients and challenging enough for all levels to get a great, total body workout. Try your first FUNdamentals group on us for FREE!

Afterburn (AFB): The most advanced group training options. Check with your trainer to assess your readiness to participate in this highest level circuit. Trainer permission required.

 

Personal Training

Personal training appointments can be made during the following hours: Mondays-Thursdays: 8 am - 7 pm Fridays: 7 am - 1 pm, Saturdays 8 am or 11 am.
