When our minds and bodies are tense, it is difficult to think clearly and move freely. Restorative yoga helps us release tension from our body and mind, so that we can move toward stillness and spaciousness, and the felt sense of who we really are.
In this 1 hour class you will practice slow flowing yoga postures to warm up your body followed by longer held restorative poses using props, to create a sense of safety and support.
What to bring: Yoga mat, 2 bed pillows, 2 blankets.
