We invite you to try a free class. We recommend a FUNdamentals Group which is a challenging, fun workout for all fitness levels. You'll meet our trainers, see our innovative fitness equipment, enjoy the company of other women, and see what we're all about.

You don't have to let us know you're coming; please arrive 10 minutes before class so we can show you around and answer any questions before class.
