Schedule Change? No problem!
We’re excited to announce that you can now add, change, or delete Artemis appointments through MindBody: Fitness and Health - they have an app and online consumer portal.
Here are a few important things to keep in mind:
You can only book the number of appointments included in your contract each month. For example: if you have a 4x PT/month contract, you can only book 4 appointments that month.
If you’ve reached your monthly limit, you’ll need to delete an existing appointment before adding a new one.
Appointments cannot be canceled or changed within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
Occasionally, an appointment may not appear in MindBody (this happens when you are added as the 5th person in a session). If this happens, please reach out to us directly as we'll need to make the change for you.
