Schedule Change? No problem!

We’re excited to announce that you can now add, change, or delete Artemis appointments through MindBody: Fitness and Health - they have an app and online consumer portal.

Here are a few important things to keep in mind:

  • You can only book the number of appointments included in your contract each month. For example: if you have a 4x PT/month contract, you can only book 4 appointments that month.

  • If you’ve reached your monthly limit, you’ll need to delete an existing appointment before adding a new one.

  • Appointments cannot be canceled or changed within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

  • Occasionally, an appointment may not appear in MindBody (this happens when you are added as the 5th person in a session). If this happens, please reach out to us directly as we'll need to make the change for you.
