Sip and Stretch with Citizen Cider

We love to get together! Join us for a cider sampling from our friends at Citizen Cider and a special foam rolling workshop by Andrea Trombley, PT, DPT.

Foam Rolling Workshop:

No matter what your exercise of choice is, we all over use some muscle groups, and under use others. This creates muscular imbalances, which can set you up for injury. A short foam roller routine can help balance out these asymmetries and get you feeling better, faster, post-exercise. Or, foam rolling can be used before exercise to increase blood flow and get your body ready for movement and stretching.

It doesn't matter if you call it self-massage or myofascial release - all that matters is that releasing built-up muscle tension helps you feel better. It is a form of self-care that you can do at home, anytime, and feel less stiff, less sore, and more healthy.
