Get ready for the upcoming athletic season with this strength-training series for middle schoolers (boys can come too!) These sessions are designed for young athletes gearing up for the fall sports season.
The program is designed to:
- improve overall strength, speed, and agility.
- Increase overall physical strength with a special focus on strengthening the knees, upper body and core
- Expand cardiovascular capacity to improve endurance in all sports and everyday activities
This program will be led by our fun and energetic instructor Kyle.
