Come join your peers in this fun-filled, challenging program designed to improve your overall strength, speed, agility, mobility and flexibility. You’ll use innovative tools such as battling ropes, kettlebells, and suspension trainers to provide a complete workout that will boost your performance in any sport you play or just get you in great physical shape.
This program will:
- Increase your overall physical strength with a special focus on strengthening the knees, upper body and core
- Expand your cardiovascular capacity to improve your endurance in all sports and everyday activities
- Include exercises that increase power and agility
- Teach proper form and technique to protect against injury
- Promote a healthy body image
