With an emphasis on whole-body awareness and self-care, you'll feel strong, calm, and rejuvenated after an hour of mindful movement, breathing, and meditation. Each class will offer opportunities to strengthen your muscles, work on balance and flexibility, and feel at home in your own body.

Addie began practicing yoga in an Environmental Studies and Dance class at Middlebury College. Her love of movement and meditation led her to get her teaching certification from the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in 2011. Her classes and meditations provide lessons in mindfulness and ways to live with intention both on and off the yoga mat.
