Mother-daughter team Bridget Chait and Karyl Kent will share many tips and tricks for delicious meals, time saving ways to incorporate fresh vegetables and whole grains, and secrets for spicing up tired, old, go-to meals. They will demonstrate some techniques, prepare and sample some dishes and hand out recipes.

Bridget Chait has been an avid outdoors-person her whole life, she is a Spartan Racer, snowboarder, hiker and yoga enthusiast. In her twenties, she began to look at nutrition as a way to manage newly diagnosed health issues. Her research and experimenting with Paleo style recipes, has created a new lifestyle that keeps her condition at bay and increased her overall wellness. As a new mother, her commitment to healthy eating carries over to how she feeds her family.
Karyl Kent has worked as a Chef and Pastry Chef in the restaurant world, owns her own catering business and currently is the Production Supervisor/Assistant Director of Nutritional Services for South Burlington School District. A strong supporter of Farm to Table, supporting local farms and cooking from scratch. Karyl's experience has led to an extensive repertoire of delicious recipes for a variety of dietary needs.
