  • improve overall strength, speed, and agility.

  • Increase overall physical strength with a special focus on strengthening the knees, upper body and core

  • Expand cardiovascular capacity to improve endurance in all sports and everyday activities

  • Teach proper form and technique to protect against injury

  • Promote a healthy body image

This program will be led by our fun and energetic instructor Kyle.

Starts week of November 12th

The holidays are coming up and NOBODY wants the weight gain that often comes with them. Join us for this challenge: Zero weight gain during the holiday season. Here's how it works:

  • Get weighed the week of 11/12 and pay $50 cash to the pot

  • Get weighted again between 1/2-1/5

  • If you don't do your final weigh in or if you gain 1lb. or more, you lose your money. If you maintain or lose weight, you get your money back AND a share of the pot.

For one week only, all of our group fitness classes will be FREE! Come to as many as you'd like, all week long! It's an excellent way to see if Artemis is the right fit for you. If you're new to exercise or haven't been to a class at Artemis, we recommend starting with a FUNdamentals class. It's a total body workout appropriate for all levels, from beginner to expert.

Date Night - Thursdays @6pm starting in September

Invite your spouse or partner to come experience a workout with you at Artemis! The workout will be Fundamentals, and be modifiable for different fitness levels. The cost is $10 for non-members. Come join your peers in this fun-filled, challenging program designed to improve your overall strength, speed, agility, mobility and flexibility. You’ll use innovative tools such as battling ropes, kettlebells, and suspension trainers to provide a complete workout that will boost your performance in any sport you play or just get you in great physical shape.
This program will:

  • Increase your overall physical strength with a special focus on strengthening the knees, upper body and core

We'd like to show Artemis for what it is: a community of real women working hard to get/stay/be healthy. We're having a professional photographer come in on Friday 12/1 during the 8:30 AFB and 12:00 Fundamentals classes and we'd love for you to participate. We will be shooting some video footage as well and would be thrilled if you would share what working out at Artemis has meant to you.

Spice it up for the summer and feel your best! Join our popular outdoor total body strength training program designed to strengthen and tone your body in all the right places. This fun and challenging program makes use of the outdoor field and playground to provide a great mix of cardio bursts with core and body weight exercises to get your metabolism roaring. In the event of rain, class will be held indoors at Artemis.

  • 8 Weeks: June 22nd- August 17th
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays 7-8am
  • Location: Calahan Park, Burlington, if the weather is bad we'll meet indoors at Artemis
  • Cost: Only $199 for Artemis Members
    $239 Non-Members or $199 if you join with a friend

She is passionate about teaching the Polestar Pilates method to help clients strengthen their mind-body connection to attain optimal postural alignment and a balanced body. Monet is a graduate of Skidmore College and holds a bachelor’s degree in Studio Art. She is currently teaching both arts in afterschool programs and Pilates in and around Chittenden County. Practicing yoga and ballet throughout her life, she has always had an interest in physical health and move-ment. Beth Stelling is a stand-up comedian, writer and actress based in Los Angeles, who Time Out Magazine names a Comic to Watch in 2016. Beth made her late night television debut on Conan. In 2014, Beth appeared on @Midnight, Chelsea Lately, and The Pete Holmes Show and she most recently performed stand-up on Jimmy Kimmel Live. Beth tours extensively, performing at festivals, colleges, and clubs across the country. Beth’s 2nd album, Simply the Beth debuted simultaneously which debuted at #3 on the iTunes Comedy Charts. Beth is currently writing on the HBO series, CRASHING.
