Together this mother-daughter team will share many tips and tricks for delicious meals, time saving ways to incorporate fresh vegetables and whole grains, and secrets for spicing up tired, old, go-to meals. They will demonstrate some techniques, prepare and sample some dishes and hand out recipes.

Bridget Chait has been an avid outdoors-person her whole life, she is a Spartan Racer, snowboarder, hiker and yoga enthusiast. In her twenties, she began to look at nutrition as a way to manage newly diagnosed health issues. Her research and experimenting with Paleo style recipes, has created a new lifestyle that keeps her condition at bay and increased her overall wellness. As a new mother, her commitment to healthy eating carries over to how she feeds her family.
Karyl Kent has worked as a Chef and Pastry Chef in the restaurant world, owns her own catering business and currently is the Production Supervisor/Assistant Director of Nutritional Services for South Burlington School District. A strong supporter of Farm to Table, supporting local farms and cooking from scratch. Karyl's experience has led to an extensive repertoire of delicious recipes for a variety of dietary needs.
